Today was our tea party with all of Makayla and Chloe's Grandma's. Everyone got their own pot of tea, their own personal choice. Makayla had the Strawberry Cream Cheese Sandwich, Butterfly Crackers & Cheese Cubes and an orange slice. All the other ladies had the Sisters or Friends Luncheon Tea which was Mixed Greens with Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette and Three Cheese Quiche Florentine or a Chicken Salad Sandwich. I had the Quiche and salad and it was delicious. I had the Chicken Salad Sandwich last time and it was yummy too. The dessert plate is different this month and we all got to sample, it included the Boston Cream Pie Cupcake, Star Spangled Brownie, Butter Pecan Cookie, Washington Apple Dumpling, Sisters Truffle and Hearts A’Fire Cheese Straw.
