We are asked to show the baby's nest...Here is Chloe's Room
The next game is The Best, Worst, or Funniest Advice for Expectant Mothers. Here are a few things I have heard or learned along the way.
- You are an example to your children. No matter what their age they are watching you and pick up on everything you do and say the good and the bad. Set a good example for your children.
- A schedule works...both of my girls have slept through the night from an early age. Now Chloe that is a different story. She is now sleeping from 8:30 at night till 8:30 and 9 in the morning. She is just like her daddy.
- Keep a emergency kit in your car at all times - with diapers, wipes, pacifier and a change of clothes. You never know when they can come in handy. As they get older I always keep a little snack that will not go bad in the car like some crackers or dry cereal.
- keep a ziploc bag with a fabric softener sheet enclosed in your diaper bag. For those times when it is not convenient to dispose of a dirty diaper right away, the scent of the fabric softener sheet will replace the smell of the diaper.
- just saw this on the internet and might have to try this when Chloe gets older...if your baby takes a pacifier, place several in her crib by her head each night. When it falls out, she can reach around and find one without crying for you.
